Brief ResponsibilitiesJob Requirement
  • Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  • Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail / deliveries / couriers.
  • To ensure office supplies and printer toner always in ready stock and immediately call for technician for repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are booked accordingly
  • Prepare Purchase Order & Payment request for the invoice related to administrative and office use.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal both English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office representative or similar role.
