Brief ResponsibilitiesJob Requirement
  • Responsible in compiling and updating staff leave records
  • Assist the department in coordination of recruitment process, employee relations activities and administering staff attendance record for the Corporate Office
  • Responsible in distributing, collecting and filing of the HR correspondence and documents
  • Process and administer the Clinic Staff T-shirt and uniform including the inventory and costing
  • Responsible for coordinating staff ID, office stationeries for Corporate Office and other admin related duties
  • Assist the Head of HR in any HR assignments/project as and when required
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration/Management or equivalent from recognised institution
  • Possess at least 1-2 year(s) of relevant working experience in administration and/or related field is required for this position
  • Have good knowledge and skills in Microsoft applications (i.e Excel, word & Powerpoint)
  • Experience in HR administration, conversant in Employment Act and other HR knowledge would be an added advantage
