Brief ResponsibilitiesJob Requirement
  • Handle full set of accounts including month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and providing timely financial information
  • Responsible for daily accounts functions which includes Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Financial Reports
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, coordinate and monitor daily bank balances, including payment and collections
  • Assist in preparation of monthly management reports, cash flow projections, analysis reports, reconciliation reports and other account related matters
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents on audit, tax and statutory requirements
  • Liaise with other departments, inter-companies, bank or authorities on matters related to scope of work as and when required
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HOD
  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualifications from a recognized Accountancy Body
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for executive position and at least 3 – 5 years for senior executive position
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous, responsible and committed in meeting deadlines
  • Other required skills: PC literate such as Microsoft office applications etc.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
