This programme is a “work-based experience programme’ providing a real-life organizational context to develop clinical specific skills such as nursing, radiography and other clinical related skills at Qualitas GP clinics nation-wide. This programme also serves to help students to apply and enhance their academic knowledge and skills in reality besides to strengthen industrial-institutional partnership.

The placement of the clinical industrial attachment students can be made through the following approach:

  • Application received from Higher Institutions
  • Qualitas-Higher Institution partnership programme
  • Application received by individual student needs to be accompanied by a letter from their Institution
Academic backgroundTerms & Conditions of Attachment
Academic background preferably in the following areas:

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Nursing
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Medical Imaging/Radiography
  • Degree/Diploma in Healthcare Management or other related healthcare studies
Academic background preferably in the following areas:

  • The cumulative total duration of the attachment is between 3 – 6 months period
  • Successful placement subject to operational needs and availability
  • Students will be assigned with clinical work related based on operational needs
  • Student will be assigned a supervisor from the attached Clinic
  • Student may be required to provide the Company with feedback report at the end of attachment for future improvement
  • Student may be provided with some allowances subject to Company discretion and their field of study

This programme is designed to meet the needs of the business by giving opportunity and maximising the potential of young talents and nurturing them as Qualitas future leaders. It is a round the year comprehensive and structured programme where the interns will be placed either through a job rotation process and other development intervention initiatives within the Qualitas Medical Group of companies or will be placed at a specific department or company at Corporate Office which is relevant to the intern’s knowledge, experience & qualification background. The interns will also be equipped with the necessary development exposure including stretch project assignments.

  • Degree or Professional Degree from a recognised University/Higher Institution with a minimum of 3.30 CGPA or its equivalent
  • Candidate with less than one (1) year experience. Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
